Amy Hoover is Executive Vice President of Talent Zoo. With over 10 years of experience in search and recruitment, 8 with Talent Zoo, Amy has filled positions for every advertising and marketing discipline and for agencies and advertisers of every size. Today Amy runs Talent Zoo’s Manhattan office while managing TZ’s corporate direction.

Talent Zoo’s clients read like a who’s who of the advertising and marketing world, and Amy has been responsible for initiating most of those successful relationships, having also lead the Business Development charge for the company in recent years.

An expert on hiring trends and staffing issues, Amy is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, industry trade journals, and many other notable publications. In addition, Amy counsels CEO’s and Human Resources Directors on ways to improve employee recruiting and retention, and has been a speaker on numerous panels covering recruitment topics, most recently the AAAA’s National Media Conference.

Amy holds a dual residence in both Atlanta and New York, and frequently travels across North America to consult directly with agency clients on effective and efficient recruiting options. Outside of Talent Zoo, Amy enjoys traveling to visit friends and family, and take it all in.
